Empowering Future Generations Through Music
Beats and Bars is a dynamic music workshop series designed to reaffirm self discovery and creativity in our future generations.
Our mission is to revitalize the diminishing presence of art and music programs amongst our communities, by restoring the value of creativity, fostering self expression and enriching culture through comprehensive music education.
Our unique curriculum utilizes Hip Hop as a sound board to speak to the youth and engage them with activity based teaching methods that instill confidence in real world problem solving skills.
We create a safe space and atmosphere for learning, going beyond just musical instruction. Participants will develop musical intelligence, learn to identify studio production basics, understand operational needs, and practice collaboration concepts, such as teamwork, communication, and adaptability.
